As a highly energetic and passionate business advisor at HYD Advisory, I have worked closely with business owners for over 25 years to help them build successful businesses and to reap the rewards they deserve. For many of our clients, I am not only their accountant but more importantly their trusted business advisor and mentor.
I have always had a passion for helping my clients achieve their full potential, both inside and outside of their businesses. I take an active role with business owners to help develop and implement strategies for growth and building long term wealth. This means we focus on strategies to increase business profits and build stronger cash flows, which are the foundations used to fuel the building of wealth outside of their businesses.
As a strategic accountant, I am also conscious of helping my clients protect their business and personal assets by implementing appropriate tax structures and strategies. I have added considerable value to my client’s businesses over many years by strategically preparing them for effective exit through smart succession planning strategies which has maximised the sale value of their business.
As an experienced entrepreneur and business owner myself, I have gained many years of first-hand experience which I have utilised in supporting business owners to identify and overcome the inevitable challenges that arise whilst on their journey to achieve success.
With considerable experience in negotiating and structuring complex business transactions, including; business sales, mergers and acquisitions, my diverse skill- set is often called upon to give board level advice and support. My focus is always on how I can get the very best result for my client.
As a business mentor, I enjoy meeting regularly with my clients to keep them accountable and to keep them on track, motivated and focused.
In 2017, I proudly achieved the gold standard qualification in Director training, by successfully graduating from the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course (GAICD).
